Can I customize the color?
Products that are easily customized will have a color picker available when you order. If you need a custom color, contact us before ordering—we may be able to accommodate special requests for an additional fee.
Can you make it in a different size?
Some products can be scaled to different sizes. Contact us with your specific needs and we'll let you know if it's possible and provide pricing.
Do you take custom orders or special requests?
Yes, we love custom projects! Contact us with your idea / We focus on our existing product line, but feel free to reach out with suggestions for future products!
I need a large quantity. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Orders of 20 or more items qualify for bulk pricing. Contact us for a quote on larger orders.
Shipping & Delivery
How long until my order ships?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Each item is printed to order, so please allow time for production. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Can I get my order faster?
Rush processing may be available for an additional fee. Contact us before ordering to check if we can accommodate your timeline.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are a flat $10.00.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes! Pickup is available in the Raleigh, NC area.
My package says it was delivered but I didn't receive it. What do I do?
Check with neighbors and around your delivery area. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 48 hours and we'll help resolve the issue.
Product Questions
What material are these made from?
Our products are printed using several different filament types. Check the product description for more details.
Are these items dishwasher safe?
No, we do not recommend putting 3D printed items in the dishwasher. Hand wash with mild soap and water only.
Can these be used outdoors?
Our products made with PETG are suitable for outdoor use.
Will the color match exactly what I see on the screen?
Colors may vary slightly from screen displays due to monitor settings. We do our best to represent colors accurately in our photos.
Why does my item have visible lines?
Those are layer lines—a natural characteristic of 3D printing. Each item is built layer by layer, which creates subtle horizontal lines. This is normal and doesn't affect functionality.
Is the item solid or hollow?
Most items have an internal honeycomb structure to balance strength with material efficiency. They're sturdy and fully functional, but not solid throughout.
Returns & Issues
What if my item arrives broken?
We package carefully, but accidents happen. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
What if there's a defect in my item?
We inspect every item before shipping, but if you notice a quality issue that affects function, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right. Please read What to Expect from Your 3D Printed Product before ordering.
Can I return an item if I just don't like it?
Since items are made to order, we generally don't accept returns for change of mind. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before ordering.
What if the item doesn't fit as expected?
Check the dimensions listed in the product description before ordering. If we made an error in sizing, we'll replace it. If it's based on your expectations rather than our listed specs, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
My item isn't the right color.
If we sent the wrong color, we'll replace it immediately. If the color simply looks different than you expected, please remember that screen displays vary.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my item?
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth or hand wash with mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and dishwashers.
How durable is it?
Our items are designed to be functional and long-lasting with proper care. Avoid dropping on hard surfaces and keep away from heat sources above 140°F (60°C).
Will it fade over time?
Like most plastics, colors may fade slightly with prolonged sun exposure. Keep items out of direct sunlight for best longevity.
Can it be repaired if it breaks?
Minor repairs may be possible with super glue. Contact us for advice on your specific situation.
