The total cost is based on post card size, type of paper, and quantity requested. Shipping and taxes will be applied during the final check-out process.

Order Cancellation or Changes:
The Printing Garage will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to production.  Once an order is placed and approved, the production process can sometimes be within a few short hours. Orders may be eligible for cancellation upon request via email or phone call to one or our printing experts. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order. If job is canceled, any labor hours (proof, graphics design, etc.) or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. (usually between 10% -25% of your order). Refunds will not be given for Graphic Design time or logo creation once a proof is delivered.

No one wants it right more that we do!  The Printing Garage stands behind what we produce--we are totally committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, please give us a call.  Yes, a real person will answer the phone and be glad to help!  Please note, we are not responsible for typing, color, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the document creation process. We will make every effort to catch a potential error before it is printed.  If our graphic designer notes a potential issue, we’ll notify you! Yes, you read that correctly….we have we always look at each order BEFORE it is printed.  Now, we aren’t mind readers, so if we miss something and you are not satisfied once an order is received, please contact one of our printing experts.  Our Customer Service Team will be happy to help in any way to provide an appropriate solution, Guaranteed!

Return Policy:

Since each order we process is a custom, unique order to the customer it cannot be resold. All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error on our end, we will gladly re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit will be given. Customer must notify The Printing Garage within 5 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. All new charges related to shipping are NON REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason.

Order Deliver and Transit Times:
We get to work within minutes when an order is placed!  Once an order is placed and all parts (art, mailing lists, approval, payment) are received, orders are processed and shipped with 24 -48 hours, no matter how big or how small.  Many orders even ship same day!  How do we do that? Well, we pay close attention to detail and have production time scheduled for your order before you place it!
